I like this topic, I think you need to dive more into the science behind everything because that’s really interesting and will help enhance your evidence. I would include this more in the literature review section with each source so we get an idea before your methodology of the survey.
In the literature review I would also describe eccentric, concentric, isokinetic, and other key terms that some people do not know so they understand your survey and analysis better.
Some of the wording in your paper does not flow easily and is a bit difficult to read. When I encounter this on my own papers I find it helps to read the paper out loud and hear it to see what adjustments should be made
