This leans more towards logos because it puts the logic out there to to get the point of why business cards are so important for realtors to have. The format of these would most definitely be professional. There are cards that have fun cute decor sides to them, but as far as it’s logic side, they are professional.Spreadsheets are important in the field of Real Estate. These spreadsheets are normally used to. have the certain things of a house written down. They usually have the price of the house, the utilities, the # of bedrooms and baths. Just a full list of things. This genre is used when the client wants basic information on a certain house. It addresses the necessities the house comes with. People use this genre when they need to know what their house has in it before wanting to follow through with their decision. Usually there is only one person who write this spreadsheet and its usually the realtor of the house they’re addressed to. Again, logos is the best one to describe this situation. The logic of knowing the house will make the job easier. The format of spreadsheets are typically inna spreadsheet with each column lists out as a part if the house and what is has. Most of the sentences here aren’t long. Not even really sentences just descriptions. This is pretty much formal in every sense as it is just actions about each aspect listed. The lease agreement is the last step of the purchasing step. The lease is the most important thing in buying or renting a home because it’s agreement and signing what you’re able to do as a buyer and responsibilities andliabilities as a home owner. This is used when purchasing the home. This is written up then signed by the owners. The agreement to this home is the topics and issues used to discuss the long term. The realtors use this genre to contract the agreement. The purpose of this lease is to indicate between the buyers and the real estate company understanding the important points of the final decision made on the home. Logo and Ethos would make the most sense with this genre. Everything with this genre would be describe as formal and very important. Formal wording professional look and signed.
